3.将黄瓜、镇江香醋30克、剁椒酱少许(不喜食辣者可不用)

1.嫩黄瓜两根,蒜末置于一透明大碗中,再加入两大勺白糖,
2.黄瓜去皮切小条,拌匀,将腌出的黄瓜水滤掉,
